We are kindred souls dedicated to promoting world peace by helping each person be a peacemaker; first internally (body, mind and spirit), then externally expanding one's love and wisdom harmoniously to all things and beings.
We are a place where inner smiles are encouraged and laughter is in abundance
Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in these areas, we are creating a community sanctuary for seekers to share and learn the skills needed to create and live a positive fulfilling and healthful life.

Crossing space and time, we offer healing modalities from ancient world wisdom to the latest technological advances in the form of classes, products, workshops, meetings, solo reflection, as well as group and social opportunities. Our goal is to nourish and to celebrate the body, mind and soul of each individual in the community.

Our mission is world peace through helping each person find peace within themselves. This non profit center provides the site, skills and social awareness to enhance body, mind and soul through classes, social gatherings and informational exchanges.
Our Philosophy is what makes us unique. We are committed to offering only pure and life offering products and services in everything we do. We are not your typical sweat and run center. Please feel free to try any of our classes on line and stay healthy and happy.
